Gretchen Louise Zimmerman, 94, of McClure, Ohio passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 17, 1924 to Melvin and Vivalene (Fronce) Reinbolt.
Gretchen worked for Temcole for 30 years and was a member of the McClure American Legion Auxiliary for over 60 years. Gretchen and Jesse loved to polka dance and spend a quiet evening sitting on the front porch swing. She enjoyed crocheting and crafts, as well as a good outing of lunch and shopping.
Gretchen is survived many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jesse; brother, Samuel (Cleo) Reinbolt and sister, Florence (Bernard) Sheely.
Friends and family will be received at the Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, McClure on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to McClure American Legion or the McClure Fire Department.
