He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Fossen and Rosella Fossen (Lillehaug); and his sister Jacque Sargent. He is survived by : his wife Laura; his children, Todd Fossen, Sandy Cass (Patrick) and Bryana "Jojo" Marsicano (Nick); his grandchildren, EmmahLeigh, Owen Cass, Avery and Reese Marsicano; and his siblings, Robert, John (Renee), Kerry (Becky) and Susan Tucker (Steve) of Newell, SD. He is also survived by in-laws in Montana; and various nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
