      Knutson, Karl O. Age 100 of Minneapolis, born February 26, 1922 in Nordfjordeid, Norway to Ole & Ragna Knutson, passed away October 1, 2022. Karl served as a Naval Aviator/Navigator in the Naval Air Corps during WWII. He was a member of the Minnehaha Masonic Lodge #165, AF & AM, Zurah Shrine & Legion of Honor, OES #37 and Scottish Rite, where he received his 33rd Degree Inspector General Honorary, Oslo Lodge #2 Sons of Norway and Mount Olivet Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley. Karl will be dearly missed by his son, Kenneth "Tony" Knutson and his loving companion of nearly 29 years, Loryce Sivertson, as well as many relatives in Norway and countless friends. Funeral service, 11:00 am, Wednesday, October 12, 2022 with a visitation one hour before at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave. S., Minneapolis.
