Barbara Jeanne Anderson, 83, passed away on October 4, 2021 in Greenville, SC. She was married to her loving husband, Verlin Anderson, for the past 25 years. They were married in West Des Moines, IA and later lived in Burnsville, MN; Mount Dora, FL; Taylors, SC and Greenville, SC.
Barb enjoyed traveling, singing, crafts, lawn bowling, reading and walking. She also spent time volunteering at local hospitals, hospice agencies and the local playhouse. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution and the Mount Dora Yacht Club, where she also enjoyed sailing. She was well known for her love of fashion.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Patrick Smith; her brother, George Morris; and 6 grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, Stuart and Geraldine Morris; her brother, Shirl Laverne Morris; and her first husband, John Smith.
