Leroy was the son of Daniel D Gartman and Susan Carlton Gartman.
Leroy and Annie had a first born child named, Daniel Edward. I have contacted the Memorial Manager to link his information to this page. He was 12 years old when he died due to an accidental shooting. He has a separate listing on this site that needs to be linked.
Also, Leroy and Annie adopted Daniel Earnest (1 Jan 1965-). He was born from their eldest daughter, Carolyn Diane. Daniel grew up as the 5th child, and sibling to Carolyn Diane.
